Hi, I'm Yul Tampoc – 27 years old from the Philippines 🇵🇭

I’ll be moving to Adelaide on July 3, 2025, and starting my studies at TAFE SA Urrbrae on July 16, 2025. I'm currently looking for a friendly and comfortable place to stay while I settle into this new chapter.

A bit about me: I'm friendly, easygoing, clean, and respectful of shared spaces. I don't smoke and prefer a tidy, peaceful living environment. I'm always happy to have a chat, share a meal, or just relax with housemates—but I also respect privacy and downtime.

Outside of school, I enjoy cooking simple meals, exploring new places, watching movies, and occasionally going out for coffee or a walk. I’m not a party person, but I do enjoy good company and positive vibes at home.

Ideally, I’m looking to live with housemates who are also respectful, clean, and easy to get along with—whether students or working professionals. I’m open to short-term or long-term stays, depending on the fit.
