Please be gentle as we are new to listing ourselves.

After being in Moreton bay for almost 11years our lease runs out next month and I had decided we were going to the Logan area for our next adventure.
We ended up moving down and staying with Someone in Kingston and now happy the Lease ends January 6th 2026.
The Environment was unsafe for us So we are venturing out again.

The reason for choosing Eight mile plains, Underwood and springwood for potential homes is My amazing childminders live in the area, also I work in the City and Logan areas.
Finding a place Halfway is always beneficial to our needs.

I have really good Rental references, also 2 Professional Management work references that have no issues speaking to you for character etc.

I Pay the bills on time Every week wether physically or online

Very very clean tenants never having any inspection problems and We always takes care of our hygiene daily.

Works almost 6 days in Disability and Mental health and we have been looking at state schools in the area.

We enjoy travelling to aquatic centres on my days off and Justiss attends swim school weekly and also trains and plays netball.

We are quiet and very considerate, this is our first time looking to house share or to rent a room or 2.

Fanily involvement is scarce, but friends do pass through to both Coasts so a Stop in every now and then to see us Keeps us in the loop.
I do not expect my visitors would ask to stay over, but a delish bbq is always the way to fuel them and on there way again🙂

I am quite a private person and enjoy some quiet relaxed recliner time when at home, Justiss enjoys technology and headphones👌🏾
So we get our downtime done well.

Our Cat Smokii is smart and lazy, very clean and toilets out and about, She has not ruined carpets with any accidents or scratching So we make sure to abide by house rules at all times.
