Hey there :)

My name is Emily, by nature I’m a bubbly & outgoing- introverted extrovert!
I come from humble beginnings, so being hard working has been vital and continues to be an important aspect of my life as well as holding integrity as a highly important aspect of my character. I am the founder of a successful small company that focuses on creating a safe and educational space for young women effected by Domestic Violence, Prior to this being my sole focus I have worked in emergency response as a mental health nurse and I am a single mother (to one 11yo daughter - now part time).
I’m a great communicator & considerate of others. I am very passionate about living in a clean, tidy, organised environment and have the upmost respect for others property as well as my own. I have owned homes of my own (that I don’t currently reside in which is why I am seeking a place closer to work (that’s just for myself & when my daughter is with me part time- rather than supporting my whole family as well) to live in for a min of 3-6 months but preferably longer term (12 months +) if it’s the right fit for myself and the home owner of course :)
I’m looking for a place that has a minimum of 2bedrooms & 2 bathrooms if possible & 3 bedroom would be ideal, that’s located near the CBD or as close to the CBD from South of the River as possible. Lastly- I’m respectfully, strictly searching for a whole property and not shared accommodation :)
