Hey! 😊

My name is Jazmin, but I usually go by Jazzie. I’m 20 years old, and I’m currently looking for a place to call home for around a year or so.

At the moment, I’m temporarily renting from a family friend, but I’m currently not in the best situation right now and need to leave, I’m hoping to find a bit more independence and a comfortable, welcoming household where I can really settle in.

I don’t have a time frame for moving in I’m happy with whenever suits but the sooner the better to get out of where I am

I do have a partner who would visit most weekends, usually for 1–2 nights. More times I’ll spend weekends at his place instead. He’s very respectful, friendly, and quiet, and I can promise neither of us would cause any issues or be disruptive.

I’m a kind, friendly, and outgoing person who gets along well with others. I consider myself a clean and tidy person, due to my horrible memory and losing my things easily all the time (usually my keys which end up somewhere in my bedsheets most the time 🤦‍♀️) I keep my space clean and organised so I don’t lose anything 😂 I’m also happy to contribute around the house by helping with cleaning and cooking dinners most nights if you’d like, would be a good opportunity to bond over good food.

My budget is around $300-$400 per fortnight, ideally with bills and wifi included in that price, as I’m currently working in event operations located at dfo Skygate (casual my hours are 10 hours a week atm but I am doing my rsa to get a second job) and trying to keep things affordable while I pay for everyday life expenses and while I save also meaning I’d love anything located more between the north side of Brisbane and Sunshine Coast. If the rent is a little higher and you wouldn’t mind my price range I’d be more than happy to help out around the house to make up for it where I can.

I get we all love our personal time and to be alone sometimes but I would really love to bond and create a friendship not just flatmates, so if I were to live with you I respect the alone time but if you ever need a girly to gossip to my doors always open 🤭
