My Background:

• Student Status: Starting my Master’s in Early Childhood Education at Southern Cross University (SCU). I'm looking to settle down for at least 1-2 years to provide long-term stability for the household.

• Lifestyle: I’m quiet, non-smoking, and I have a great track record (1 year living experience in Australia). I am very responsible with rent and utilities.

• House Habits: I prioritise cleanliness, personal space, especially in shared spaces (kitchen, bathroom), and I enjoy a peaceful, comfortable home environment.

• Personality: I'm easygoing, respectful of privacy, and happy to chat and share a meal sometimes—I’m a positive addition to any house!

What I Am Looking For:

• Move-In Date: Flexible to move in around Mid-January or early February 2026.

• Location: Ideally, Varsity Lakes, Robina, Tugun, Coolangatta, or surrounding Gold Coast South suburbs. (Proximity to SCU is a huge plus!)

• Budget: $280 AUD per week (including bills preferred, but negotiable).

• House Vibe: A respectful, clean, and friendly share house/unit.
