I’m a pretty laid back guy that likes to socialise but also enjoy my own space.

I’ve been running my own financial marketing company for 18 months now and have been living at the commonwealth games village next to GCUH for the past 6 months. Here I’m paying $675 a week and they are increasing the rent to $715 in February. My lease has just been renewed for another 6 months but with the rental increase I’m looking to get out.

My 4 year old labradoodle Murphy and I are really looking for something close to the beach or atleast within driving distance. Within close proximity to shops, transport and dining areas. Big on keeping healthy and fit but also enjoy going out for food and drinks when I can.

We’d ideally like to find someone with a similar lifestyle. As house proud as us and working full time also
