Hi there!

I’m Jan, a 27-year-old Master’s student in Business Administration from Germany, pumped to be heading to Newcastle, NSW, for my exchange semester. I can’t wait to dive into the coastal lifestyle and explore everything this awesome city has to offer!

A bit about me: I’ve worked in finance, controlling, and taxation—don’t worry, I’m way funnier than that sounds! I’m a huge sports lover, whether it’s kicking a soccer ball, swinging a tennis racket, or sweating it out at the gym. I’m also stoked to try surfing while I’m here and make the most of those Newcastle beaches. My greatest adventure so far was my time in California, where I fell in love with the laid-back vibes and epic scenery.

I’m tidy, easygoing, and always up for a laugh, a shared meal, or exploring together, but I also respect everyone’s space. I’m hoping to find friendly flatmates who enjoy a mix of good times, chill moments, and maybe some Newcastle adventures!
