My name is Yeji, and I'm a 28-year-old female from South Korea. I'll be moving to the area to start my studies at UC starting August 1st.
Having lived on my own for quite a while, I've developed very tidy habits. I'm organized and highly respectful of shared spaces-I believe in keeping the common areas clean and the home environment peaceful. I lead a quiet and responsible lifestyle. I'm not a party person, and I take pride in always being punctual with rent and bills. I'd describe myself as friendly and easygoing, so I'm happy to have a chat but also very respectful of everyone's privacy. Since I own a car, a parking space (on or off- street) would be a huge plus!
