Hi, I’m a 35-year-old finance professional who’s just relocated to Perth. I’m currently looking for a furnished room while I settle in and secure a contract accounting role.

I’ve previously lived on my own and with a long-term partner, so this would be my first share house in a while. I’m clean, respectful, and value a calm and tidy space. I’m often out at the gym, exploring the city, or focused on work and interviews.

I’m flexible on location — happy to consider anywhere near the CBD or with good public transport. Ideally looking for a place with decent Wi-Fi, a bit of personal space, and friendly, considerate housemates.
