Hi! I’m Claudia. I’ve recently moved to Perth from Brisbane and am looking for a long-term place to settle into, ideally around Cottesloe, Claremont, Fremantle, East Fremantle, Bicton, Melville, Myaree or Mosman Park. I work full-time south of the river, so I’m hoping to stay within a manageable commute.

I’m independent, clean, respectful, and easygoing, and I really value keeping shared spaces tidy, comfortable, and well looked after. I enjoy my own downtime at home, but I also appreciate a friendly, relaxed household where everyone gets along and shared responsibilities are respected. I'm open to a glass of wine, chats, movie night, music, going out for sunset, or finding a local wine bar/restaurant to dress up for.

In my spare time, I like going to the gym, walking along the river or beach, grabbing coffee, and exploring new spots around the city. I’ve been living in a granny flat for the past three years, so I’m very used to being considerate, self-sufficient, and taking pride in my living environment.

I have my own bedroom furniture and a car, and I’m hoping to find a place that genuinely feels like home with people who share similar values and interests. I am open to finding an empty property and contributing to furniture. I’d love to chat or meet if you think your place could be a good fit.
