Hi, I'm Troy. I'm a 50 year old single (separated 3+ yrs), professional male working full time in the finance industry.
I work Mon - Fri and am usually away from the house between 8am & 6pm. My weeknights are normally quiet nights in with the odd night out to visit friends.

On the weekends, I enjoy watching local sport, tinkering with small projects and occasionally will head out to watch some local live music.
I enjoy cooking and have a passion for houseplants.

I have lived in a share house previously and have no problem with sharing common areas with others. I consider myself very clean and tidy and will always ensue that I treat the property that I'm living in - as if it were my own.

Currently I'm looking for room that is furnished with at least a double bed and good storage. I would prefer not to share a bathroom with more than one other person. I have a motor vehicle.
