Id be ready to move in as soon as possible.
I'm in my last year of psychology at Newcastle uni. I also work part time (four days a week)
I respect the space that i would share with my room mates and the house that I live in. I am clean and don’t mind a good clean up (especially a good vacuum)
My parents are my guarantor and I’ve been in my current place for 2 years with over 900 fortnightly student allowance from centrelink to help with rent.
I have my eyes set on my honours and masters so I’ll be keeping myself pretty busy over the next few years.
I am looking around the CBD area, the junction, Merewether, bar beach, Adamstown and all surrounding areas
