Hi, I’m 27 from Wales and have just moved to Perth on a working holiday visa. I’m looking for a flat or house share until Christmas, budget is up to $350/week. Ideally I’d love to be near the coast – places like Scarborough, Cottesloe, Swanbourne, Fremantle, Claremont, Nedlands, or Subiaco would be perfect.
