I'm a 41yo man who enjoys community groups and reading at home. My upper limit for renting is $300 a week including bills (with internet). I am looking for good size room that can fit a single bed and desk.

Please get in touch if you have a rental that may be suitable. I am ready to move ASAP as the owner is selling the house, and I must be out by 27th of September. Owner has already agreed that I can break lease without a penalty.

I spend my leisure time at the beach, the gym or out in nature. My interests being gardening, painting and bike riding.

I am clean and tidy and happy to put time into looking after a house. I am quiet, friendly and respecting of others and their things.

I am looking for work having left my maintenance job in March of 2025. I fill my days with activities that bring me joy, oil painting or making money by selling clothing on the net.
