I'm a 41yo man who enjoys community groups and reading at home. My upper limit for renting is $275 a week including bills (with internet). I am looking for good size room that can fit a single bed and desk.

I am clean and tidy and happy to put time into looking after a house. I am quiet, friendly and respecting of others and their things.

I am looking for work having left my maintenance job in March of 2025. I currently fill my days with getting out to explore parks and gardens and meeting up with friends.
