Kris Pincombe

Hello my name is Kris and I am a middle aged man looking for somewhere to live. I am looking for rent around $200-$275. I am new to the area and currently do not have employment but i am, however, studying to become a wildlife conservation officer. That being said i am actively looking for work and will endeavor not to be a home body. I am a non-smoker, I do not party, I have no pets, I am a Christian (but I am not preachy,) and I do not listen to loud music (its usually through headphones out of respect for others.) I have 5 children and they live with their mother. But I still have a very active involvement in their lives, so I would need somewhere which is willing to allow me time with them. I will never have all 5 at once as I feel this would be too much to take on for you. I am an outdoors person, I love gardening, I enjoy hiking and exercising at the gym. I am not big on tv or things of that nature so I will not be in your space for extended periods of time, I am a bit of an introvert so I usually stay in my room or go out.
