Hey, I’m Matt — originally from the UK and here in Australia on a working holiday. I’ve just started a new role as a café manager in the Perth CBD and I’m looking to settle somewhere with a good vibe and great people.

I’m pretty easygoing, tidy, and respectful. I like things clean and organised — I meal prep twice a week, do a big cook and clean, and then it’s just me and the microwave for the rest of the week.

Outside of work, I’m into fitness, running, bouldering, cars, and motorbikes (hoping to buy one soon, so garage space would be ideal). I also love music, movies, and DJing at home. I’m social and always down for a chat or hangout, but I also value downtime and respect people’s space — I need my own recharge time too.

What I’m Looking For:

Ideally I’d love to find a group of 3+ guys around Perth to rent a big house together — somewhere near the CBD and not too far from gyms, shops, and good coffee. I’ve got a budget of around $350/week (including bills) but can stretch a bit for the right place.

Cleanliness and reliability are huge for me — rent paid on time and a tidy space are absolute non-negotiables.

Would be awesome to create a kind of brotherhood vibe — a group of easygoing, respectful guys all building new lives here, having a laugh, training, chilling, and making some great memories.
