🌿 Hi! My name is Ellie.I’m relocating interstate and currently looking for a peaceful and respectful place to live. My preferred move-in date is 10 March.

I’m a university student and also work part-time, so I live a fairly quiet and focused lifestyle.

A quiet, non-party household

Strictly no smoking (indoors or outdoors)

Children are okay as long as they are well-mannered (no loud screaming or musical instruments)

Occasional guests are fine, but no frequent overnight visitors

Clean, respectful and emotionally stable housemates

Open communication and mutual respect are very important to me

I value a calm and comfortable living environment and always try to be considerate and easy to communicate with.

-My mum will stay with me for one month. She is quiet, respectful, and will not cause any disturbance.

Preferably a room with a private ensuite bathroom

Large windows and good natural light
