I’m a university student and also work part-time, so I live a fairly quiet and focused lifestyle.
🏡 What I’m looking for:
A quiet, non-party household
Strictly no smoking (indoors or outdoors)
Children are okay as long as they are well-mannered (no loud screaming or musical instruments)
No overnight visitors
Clean, respectful and emotionally stable housemates
Open communication and mutual respect are very important to me
I value a calm and comfortable living environment and always try to be considerate and easy to communicate with.
📅 Lease & Moving Situation
-I’m initially looking to commit to a 2–3 month lease.
I see this as a mutual process to ensure the living arrangement works well for both sides. If everything feels like a good fit, I would be very happy to extend the lease longer-term.
If for any reason it doesn’t feel suitable, I believe in open and respectful communication from both sides.
-My mum will stay with me for six weeks at the beginning to help me settle in. She is quiet, respectful, and will not cause any disturbance. After that period, I will be living on my own.

Preferably a room with a private ensuite bathroom
Large windows and good natural light
