My name is Eldhose Peter, and I am currently looking for a rental property. I am interested in a shared house or apartment with 1 bedroom and a private bathroom, a shared kitchen, and a maximum of 2 occupants (including myself).

Revesby, Redfern, Penshurst, Liverpool, Glenfield, Westmead, Hurstville, Rockdale, Strathfield, Ashfield, Burwood, Auburn, Granville, Warwick Farm, Fairfield, Merrylands, Flemington, Holsworthy, East Hills, Panania, Sydenham, Epping, Hornsby, Sutherland, Woollcrook, Oatley, Parramatta, Pendle Hill, and Wentworthville.
I am open to other locations within 40 minutes of Sydney Central by train.
My weekly budget is $280–$370 AUD, including all bills (water, electricity, internet).
Preferences:
Furnished property
Male roommate ( preferably malayalee)
Comfortable with cooking Indian food
Within walking distance to a train or metro station
Available for a lease longer than 12 months
