Hey, I'm Stephen, 73 yo retiree looking for a room to call home. I'm friendly, agreeable and calm who likes to read and have a cup of tea, is clean, doesn't smoke, drink, cook or have any pets 😊

I've stayed in the same place for 7 years but unfortunately it's now being sold with vacant possession with all residents having to leave. I've always paid rent on time and can provide a reference from my property manager. I currently also receive rent assistance through centrelink.

Happy to do a 6 or 12 month agreement with the right place, or monthly, whichever you prefer. Willing to stay longer if everyone is happy.

I can move anytime from now till 21/9/25.
