Looking for a house around the Redland Bay Area, preferably near Wynnum area if possible.

About me
I work full time, in my spare time I enjoy going to the gym, catching up with friends or just enjoying the day relaxing at home. I’m not a smoker and would prefer someone who doesn’t smoke either. My clubbbng days are long behind me but I do enjoy a social drink now and again (I’m not a big drinker). I enjoy people’s company for chats etc but I do also enjoy my own space, as I can get abit ‘peopled out’ from work, so sometimes I like to come home and just sink into the sofa. I’m from the UK so if you like Eastenders, will get on great haha.

I am a clean person (not a clean freak) but do like a clean house, I would rather clean as I go than let dishes etc pile up. I also respect other people’s belongings and items and would just appreciate the same in return. I would prefer somewhere with a back garden or just an outside area would be okay. I do like a big kitchen and 2 living areas would be ideal, but not a make or break thing.

I do have a 3 year old son who I have currently every Wednesday afternoon and Saturday (no overnights). Ideally I would like a 3rd/4th room as a study and/or little room for Reuben to claim when’s he around.
