Hello, everyone. My name is Rafael, and I am an 18 year-old full time student. I go to UWA and this is my first year of my undergraduate program.
I am looking for a room in a house less than an hour by transport. Having heater would be a plus to survive Perth's winter.
I am an easy going and tidy person and have shared a unit with a room-mate in a student accommodation in near campus area. I am not so much into cooking and even if I do, I only cook simple meals. I'm very okay with dogs and pets. I value calm and cleanliness. My budget is around $300 per week but can somewhat flexible. I am currently staying in a student accommodation, and I will be ready to move in on the 21st of February 2026 or perhaps earlier if things move forward and will be staying for the whole semester and hopefully longer.
