I’ll be flying back to China on the 11th and returning at the end of January. I’m looking for a place that I can move into in early February.

I’m a mature-age international student (Telecommunications Engineering, UNSW) steadily working toward PR. I pay rent on time, keep common areas tidy, and look after a home with the same care I’d give my own place.

I enjoy swimming, cycling, and the occasional run in Centennial Park. I’m not an early riser by default, but I can easily shift to an early routine when needed for house harmony or training.
