Very easy going, mature quiet individual looking to move into a comfortable pad of my own around the Wallsend and surrounding suburb areas.

I currently own and run a mobile dog washing business, so will need street parking at the very least to park the trailer. I also drive of a night doing Uber, so rarely home.

I also have a storage shed full of brand new furniture that I would love to get out and furnish a house/unit and share with another flat mate/s if the opportunity arises, but if not, still happy to move into shared accommodation.

I'm a non-smoker, gym 3-4 times a week, a social drinker only, definitely no party animal, very quiet and respectful towards other peoples space and privacy, including my own. Very dependant, responsible, reliable and very clean (almost ocd clean lol) with no pets. Although I am a very big animal lover, so living and/or caring with owners pets is not a problem.

If anyone has dogs, I’d be more then happy to wash and take care of their pets in exchange for cheaper rent or bills.

Would prefer private room with ensuite if possible.

Never been behind in rent, have always paid on time and have never been evicted or received any breaches.

I have also obtained a police report only recently if required.
