We are a quiet, peace-loving couple seeking a serene and well-maintained home to settle into. As introverts, we deeply value calm environments and a tidy, welcoming space. We take great pride in treating any home we live in with the same care and respect as our own, keeping it spotless, well looked after, and in excellent condition at all times.

We are responsible tenants with a strong rental history, always punctual with rent and proactive in communication. Financial stability is not a concern; our family background is financially secure, and we also own a profitable laundromat business in Melbourne, which provides a reliable income stream. We were previously renting at Hamilton Hill, for around 3 months, and were always on time and in accordance with the rent and the owner’s due diligence. But since it was a little far from out university, we decided to move out during the school holidays, and now we are coming back to Perth to start our new semester, hoping to live somewhere closer to Curtin University,, hoping to move in around first week of February.

We’re looking for a place where we can enjoy a peaceful lifestyle, and in return, offer landlords tenants who are respectful, clean, and dependable in every way. We are confident that any property owner would feel assured and happy having us in their home.
