Lorin and Yasill

Hi, my name is Lorin, a 34 year old male who has just moved up to the Gold Coast from Sydney. I'm working full time in Robina in a government contract job and I'm looking for a place as I get set up here to start at university studying Environmental Science next year. I am looking for a place with 2 bedrooms, with the second for my friend Yasill who is also moving here to study a masters degree. Yasill is a personal trainer and powerlifting coach originally from Cambodia who is studying a masters in occupational therapy.

I've just come from managing a 7 bedroom share house for a landlord in Sydney (doing everything from bringing tenants in to managing cleaning and bills) so I'm very well house trained, clean and respectful.

We are looking for a place which is relaxed, clean and spacious.
