I’m Arpita, an Australian Permanent Resident working full-time in Mascot. I’m looking for a furnished couple room (for single occupancy) that includes:
🛏️ A bed
🪞 Wardrobe
🪑 Chair & table (work setup)
🌤️ Preferably a balcony or some natural light

My mum visits me occasionally, so it would be great to have a space that can comfortably accommodate that.

I’d prefer a quiet, clean, and respectful home environment, ideally with housemates aged 35+ who value privacy and good conversation.
