🏡 Looking for a Long-Term Room to Rent (North of the River)
Hi everyone,
My name is Andi, I'm 29 years old and have been living in Perth for around 10 years.
I'm currently living in Stirling and have a great living situation, but my housemates are getting married later this year and starting their next chapter, so I'm beginning to look for a new place. I'm in no rush to move and can wait until the end of the year, but I'm also open to moving sooner if the right opportunity comes along.
A little about me:
✅ Full-time hospitality manager for a well-known bar and restaurant franchise (no late nights, no early mornings)
✅ Permanent full-time employment with the same company for 6 years
✅ Stable income, bond ready, references and rental history available
✅ Clean, organised and respectful
✅ Non-smoker
✅ Looking for a long-term home rather than a temporary stop-gap
Outside of work I'm big into health and fitness. I spend most of my free time surfing, running, indoor rock climbing, and occasionally getting to the gym. I love dogs, don't mind cats, and currently live with what is probably the friendliest cat in Perth.
Ideally, I'm looking for more than just a room. I'd love to find a house with people I genuinely get along with and can share the occasional meal, drink, beach trip or adventure with. I'm very easy-going, communicate well, and always do my share around the house. In previous share houses we've had cleaning rosters, which I've always been happy to contribute to.
Preferred areas:
📍 Scarborough
📍 Doubleview
📍 Wembley
📍 Innaloo
📍 Joondanna
📍 Mount Hawthorn
📍 Stirling
📍 Cottesloe
I'm also open to other areas within roughly 20 minutes of Scarborough.
Looking for:
• Unfurnished room
• Budget around $300/week (ideally a little less)
• Long-term accommodation
• Easy parking for one car (street parking is perfectly fine)
If you think I'd be a good fit for your house, feel free to send me a message. Happy to catch up for a coffee, beer, or house viewing.
Cheers,
Andi
