Looking for a 1 bedroom in the Eastern suburbs with a Jan/Feb move in date. I am a 30 year old Practice Assistant, clean and tidy, and incredibly respectful of neighbours. I don’t party, have no pets and keep noise to a minimum. I’m currently living in Double Bay.
Reason for moving: I have been at the property for 2 years with two lovely housemates, however I’m looking for somewhere to rent by myself so I can have my own space. I have never been late with a payment, my lease ends in early February, happy to move in as soon as necessary though.
