My name is Andy and I'm a 51 year old Business Development Manager. I’m the father to 6 amazing (mostly) adult children who live with their mother. I'm currently navigating a divorce and am looking for a stable, comfortable, and respectful place to call home in Perth, ideally north of the river or close to the city.

I'm a tidy, responsible, and considerate housemate. I've lived in shared environments before and understand the importance of clear communication, respecting personal space, and contributing to a harmonious living environment. You'll find me to be reliable with rent and bills.

In my downtime, I enjoy building/fixing and breaking computers, audiobooks and keeping fit. I'm generally pretty quiet during the week and value a peaceful home environment, especially after a long day as I’m driving Uber part time while waiting for hernia surgery. On weekends I might, catch up with friends, go to the gym, or relax at home.
