I'm a 34-year-old international student from the Philippines, currently living in Brisbane but I'm looking to make the move to Perth around late August or early September. I'll be studying at Kaplan and am excited to start this new chapter!

I'm looking for a place that's hopefully near the city and well-connected to public transport, as I'll be relying on it for my commute to Kaplan, work, and to explore Perth.

As a flatmate, I'm pretty relaxed and considerate. I value a quiet, clean, and peaceful home environment. I'm not a messy person and am always happy to do my share of cleaning to keep our shared space tidy. I'm not much of a party person and will be busy with my studies and work, so you can count on me to be respectful of everyone's need for peace and quiet.

While I don't smoke and drink only occasionally, I'm happy to socialise and have a chat. I also enjoy cooking when the mood strikes, so you might get to try some Filipino food!

I'm a big animal lover, especially dogs, so I have no issues with pets at all. In fact, I'd love to live in a place that has one!
