About us
Hi there! We are two best friends (26 and 24) moving to Sydney to begin our next academic chapters—a Master’s degree and a Diploma. We are looking for a long-term stay in a cozy studio or a shared house in the Ultimo, Surry Hills, or Inner West areas (Strathfield to Homebush).
A little about us: We are gender-diverse, non-smoking individuals who lead a very balanced, healthy lifestyle. When we aren't at school or working our part-time jobs, you’ll find us running, listening to podcasts, reading, or tending to our plant collection. We value a home that is a sanctuary and value it just like our own—clean, organized, and calm.
What we’re looking for:
Budget: $350 AUD/week (including bills) for both of us.
Vibe: A respectful, inclusive household with a "light decor" aesthetic.
Location: Proximity to travel routes for our studies.
We are reliable people, don't have pets and don't smoke, ensuring your space stays fresh and welcoming. We love a home-cooked meal and a peaceful environment to unwind after a busy day of lectures and work. Also, we're Filipinos! You'll love us!
