I am recently divorced and we are keeping our family home for our children. I am ex army and so I am clean, respectful and I know how to live in close quarters without disturbing others in the home. I am friendly, easy going and can hold a conversation or I can leave people alone. I know how to read a room. I am now a high school teacher (25 years) and I teach locally in a full time position. I work a lot and will be hardly in the house during the week and I spend plenty of time in the library on the weekend. I really just want to re-enter my life and spend time with my teenage daughters which I would do outside of the house environment. If you want a flatmate who is not around much, is clean, respectful and pays their bills and rent on time. then I may be the flatmate for you.
