Moved from Brisbane down to Sydney last year. Currently living solo with my cat however budget wise too expensive living solo and not keen to go out too far. Looking to move into a place in and sharing ideal to bring my costs down.

I have most things for a place including fridge, washing machine, tv, couch etc. so additionally if someone wants to move into a place together to make it even more cheap we can do that

Keep to myself a lot and don’t know many if anyone in Sydney so I am keen to go out on occasion and make new friends. I respect space as well.

Prefer a place with a balcony as I do smoke and only do so outside.

A car space is ideal as well.
