Hi, I'm James, and I'm a down-to-earth fitness enthusiast and passionate cook. I'm a father to 2 boys and spend much of my free time with them, but they won't be coming to stay with me. I work as a full-time caregiver, starting early in the mornings and working late into the evenings.
