Hi I’m Wilson, a full-time dental technician. Looking for a peaceful and tidy home around Abbotsford.

About me as a flatmate:
• Stable & Quiet: My job keeps me busy during the week, and I value a calm environment to relax in the evenings.

• Clean & Tidy: I’m very proactive about keeping common areas (especially the kitchen and bathroom) spotless.

• Social but Respectful: I love cooking, wine, and a good chat, but I also highly respect personal space and "me-time."

Regarding Pets:
I’m a big animal lover! I have a well-behaved Boston Terrier who lives elsewhere, but I’d love to discuss if he could occasionally visit on weekends (only if you're comfortable with it).

Would love to come for an inspection and have a chat if the room is still available.
