Hi, I’m Dan. I’m an occupational therapist currently working part-time and looking for a calm, comfortable place to live.

I’m clean, respectful and easygoing. I I've lived in various share houses for about 10 years. I enjoy having a chat and getting along with the people I live with, and I also really value having my own space and downtime. I’m not looking for a party house, more somewhere that feels relaxed, friendly and like home.

Outside of work I’m into woodworking and DIY projects, reading, getting outdoors, and playing pickleball. I’m financially secure and reliable with rent and bills.

Ideally I’m looking for a household with one or two other people where everyone is considerate of each other and communication is pretty straightforward.
