Imogen

Hi! My name is Imogen and I’m currently looking for a new place. I’m a 25 year old woman, currently working part time and seeking full time work & I’ll be returning to QUT university in 2026.

I am a quiet housemate and largely keep to myself but still enjoy chatting about our days with the people I live with. I’m rather tidy and am used to helping keep communal spaces clean. I don’t drink or smoke, and if my work shifts have unusual hours I am careful not to unduly disturb or wake my housemates when coming or going.

I’m looking for an unfurnished room close to public transport, while my stay length is flexible I’m looking for a stable longer term option. I’d prefer to pay 200-250 range but can comfortably pay up to 350.

I also have a small 10 year old Pomeranian dog, she’s exceptionally well behaved and affectionate. She does not bark or yap, including when left home alone, is very well toilet trained, and sheds very little hair. While she never chewed shoes or household items in her youth, or even her toys, she now has fewer teeth and is physically incapable of causing any sort of damage. She also can’t jump up on to furniture by herself so you don’t have to worry about her getting into or onto anything by herself. She’s similarly incapable of breaking into rubbish bins and if a bag is left out has never tried to rip it open either.
