• Two separate bedrooms in the same property.
• Budget: around **$650–$700 per month per room**.
• A property that is **within walking distance to a train station**, as we frequently travel to the city and sometimes return home late in the evening.
• Preferably a long-term stay.
• Open to different suburbs with good public transport access to Melbourne CBD.
