My name is Rafah Ali, I am a 29-year-old female.
I am relocating from London, UK to the Gold Coast in November. I am eagerly looking for a comfortable, well-maintained house share with other females in a secure location.  
I will be seeking a part-time/casual job due to my Working Holiday Visa (Sub 417) requirements. During my free time I will be looking to explore the surrounding local areas, meet new people, workout, enjoy relaxing days on the beach, pick up surfing, volunteer and embrace the Australian culture. My personal hobbies include going to the gym, going for long walks and scenic runs, exploring new places and viewpoints, painting and reading books; most of all I love to travel! I do not drink or party, so I do prefer quieter nights and daytime activities.  
I am a quiet and organised person who values a peaceful home environment, where the shared spaces are respected and clean and there are good relationships with house mates all around.
I am committed to signing a 6-12 month lease and would be an exceptionally reliable tenant during that time, making sure all payments are on time, and keeping up good communication with housemates and landlord.
