Kangfu

Hi there! My name is Kangfu, originally from China, and I’m 32 years old. I’m currently living in Perth on a student visa and I’m looking for a clean, safe and friendly place to stay.

A bit about me:
I’m a quiet, tidy and respectful person with no bad habits. I always keep shared areas clean and organised, and I respect other people’s privacy and routines. Apart from Schools, I also have a part-time job, so my schedule is stable. I’m usually out during the day or evening depending on my shifts.

I cook occasionally and keep things simple in the kitchen. In my free time, I really enjoy outdoor activities such as fishing and camping, which help me relax and enjoy weekends. I don’t have any pets, but I love animals and I’m very happy to live in a home with pets.

I’m easy-going, responsible and always pay rent on time. I’m looking for friendly, mature and considerate housemates, and I’d really like a peaceful and comfortable home environment.
