About the home:
I’m looking for a cosy, light-filled granny flat or small house to rent long-term to settle into long-term. Ideally somewhere that feels cosy, light-filled, and peaceful — a place that’s easy to maintain and feels like a sanctuary after work. I’d love a home with a garden or outdoor space, and a layout that allows for both privacy and shared living.
Ideal housemate:
I’m open to sharing with someone who is tidy, considerate, and easy-going. Ideally someone who values a calm, positive home environment, communicates well, and respects boundaries. Non-smokers preferred. Pets are a bonus, as I adore animals, but not essential!
About me:
I’m 34, friendly, reliable, and easy-going. I’ve recently graduated from Notre Dame Fremantle with a double degree in Behavioural Science and Theology, and I work full-time. I’m tidy, organised, and thoughtful — I always pull my weight with household chores and respect shared spaces.
I love a home that balances solitude and connection: I enjoy quiet time and privacy, but also like sharing a chat, coffee, or meal with housemates. I’m not a party person, but I enjoy having fun, laughing, and creating a relaxed, positive environment at home.
Outside of work, I love being in nature, going for walks, reading, visiting cafés, and volunteering at a wildlife centre. I enjoy trying new things, learning, and spending time with friends. I’m open-minded, emotionally mature, and enjoy meaningful, light-hearted, or deep conversations depending on the vibe.
Move-in & rental preferences:
I’m ideally looking for a long-term rental, flexible with move-in dates. I have a steady income and can provide references. I’m looking for a place where I can feel settled, safe, and at home.
If this feels like a good fit, I’d love to hear from you!
