Hi,

I am a 38 year old male business owner. (Adelaide window Tinting) I formerly rented with an individual for 12 months however I have been staying in North Queensland for the last 2 months as my father had some health concerns.

My old housemate has since moved his partner and kids into the house so it is no longer available for my return.

I am returning to Adelaide on Octobers the 1st, looking for a room to rent and am prepared with bond, etc.

I am very respectful of other people’s space and spend the majority of my time in my workshop and with friends so you would hardly notice I am there.

My workshop is based in Beverley so ideally I would like to find a place in a similar area but not super important
