Hey!

My name is Eva (19F) and I'm looking to call a new place home! Preferably around Moorabbin, Ormond, Oakleigh, Bentleigh and surrounding suburbs. (or on the Cranbourne/Pakenham line as far as Clayton)

A bit about me: I am a culinary arts student at Le Cordon Bleu. I'm currently living in Clayton but wish to move closer to Uni. I’m extremely respectful, clean and organised. I love my own space but always up for a hang! I’m also big into music, movies and cooking (kinda given lol)

What I’m looking for:
Long term room (private) in a house/unit. Females only preferred.
Convenient access to public transport and grocery/shopping centres
Live with people around my age and/or share similar values.

My budget is 250-270 per week (including bills) and I'm looking to move in by late February/early March. If you have a room available by then, I’d love to have a chat or come in for an inspection. Thank you so much :)
