Hi It’s Ryan. 22yo full time student in tafe Glendale, and work part time as a cook in gyg tighes hill. Currently living in a shared house in Waratah. No pets, non smoker. Simple lifestyle, gym, studying, working and hanging out with coworkers. I have a high standard of hygiene for kitchen area, bonus points if you clean the dishes after using them instead of letting them stay in the sink for several days. I’m looking for an apartment or one bedroom studio in mayfield, Jesmond or Newcastle west area. Im also interested in teaming up with one person and renting an apartment together.
