Hi,
I’m currently on a Working Holiday visa and have been living in Sydney for about 5 months.

My budget is around $250–$320 per week, and I’m looking for a private room with a desk.

It would be great if the place is close to the city, ideally within 30–40 minutes by bus or train.

I’d prefer a place with internet and a cleaner, but if there’s no cleaner, it’s important that the house is clean.

I’m planning to move in before October 4th.
