My name is Bert, a 32-year-old American who's been loving Sydney life for the last six months.

I'm looking for a great new spot to call home for a couple of months, from 20 September to 01 December.

I'm a pretty easy-going and sociable guy who works a professional job. I'm always up for a chat over dinner but also very respectful of personal space and downtime.

My weekdays are pretty simple—usually just work, gym, and keeping things quiet at home. I'm definitely not one to bring the party back with me! I'm also a non-smoker and don't have any pets.

I'm searching for a furnished room or studio in the Potts Point, Darlo, or Surry Hills area with a budget of around $650/week. Air-con would be amazing, but otherwise, I'm quite flexible.
