(First time renter either shared in past or have been homeless looking for home) I'm a 29-year-old tidy quiet & respectful woman who enjoys art, writing, reading, & gardening in my spare time. I work part-time looking to go full time & am currently seeking a SELF CONTAINED unit, flat, studio or cabin long term lease preferred! (open to share if have access to private bathroom/space) Non smoker no pets & no dependants also do not require car space as am currently using public transport.
