I'll be studying at Flinders University from February 2026.

I'm friendly, tidy, and very respectful who values a clean and comfortable home. I'm not a party person, don't smoke, and I'm very mindful of shared spaces, cleanliness, and house rules. I take pride in keeping common areas clean and maintaining a calm living environment.

Ideally, I'm looking for a clean, well-maintained home, preferably with up to two female housemates (or a small household of up to three bedrooms). Being close to Flinders University or an easy commute would be perfect.

I'm hoping to find a long-term place with like-minded housemates and a peaceful, respectful atmosphere.
