Alexia and Floyd

Hello! We are a Floyd an Alexia, a married couple from the Netherlands and the US in Gold Coast on working holiday! We are super chill and easy to get along with, and have a pretty diverse range of hobbies and interests.

We love to cook, play games (board games and video games), and doing some sports. Floyd loves tennis and golf, and Alexia loves more solo activities like bouldering and long walks. As for hobbies, Alexia is also super crafty and does a lot of hand embroidery and other art.

We're calm, excellent tenants with references from previous landlords. We just arrived in Australia less than a week ago so we are excited to find employment and a solid place.

Currently Alexia is working ~20 hours per week remotely as a marketing specialist, and Floyd is a teacher by trade. We have a large savings and are both actively searching and interviewing for jobs, so paying for rent will not be a problem. Neither of us have ever been late or missed a rental payment either.

We're excited to meet our new flatmates!
