I’m going through a divorce in Melbourne and want to start fresh I own my own house atm and am selling it to pay ex out I was a abused verbally and emotionally and just want to follow through with my goals, I want to move far away from my ex and fake friends. I am clean, neat, respectful, I obviously won’t know anyone at all so friends or to show me around will be amazing. I’m 37 no kids have a small very well trained dog that can be an outside dog or inside dog. He is a 3 year old jack Russel named Lesley, saying that he is always with me anyway.

I have need for a factory or place with a shed or a house room is fine but I’ll need to rent out a factory also as i have a few cars but we can talk about all this as I don’t mind renting something and then buying my factory for Work. I just don’t wanna sleep where I work as there is no shut off period
